  • What you set up

    Your price list with hourly rate and materials. The terms from your maintenance contracts. And access to your accounting, so the draft ends up there.

    Reads the photo of the work order. Looks up the customer, the prices and the contract. Puts the draft invoice ready. Sends nothing.

  • What you keep doing

    You check the draft and send it. If something is wrong, you adjust it. The final check stays with you.
